- Once inside the gate do not jump over any fence to explore.
- House is on septic so no flushing anything besides toilet paper and no food down the sink
- Without adult supervision, gym may only be used by individuals 18 years or older
- Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis.

The space
Tucked in the Heart of Central Texas is a Private ranch, far from neighbors and noise, with 2 creeks, a pond, and a beautiful barnominaium for various events and occasions. This barn was designed with all of your needs in mind. Using the contemporary southwestern style we fully renovated and transformed this barn into a luxury home. Equipped with 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a beautiful kitchen, a living room that includes a gas fireplace, a game room, and a fully functional gym, this home/barn has everything! But that is only half the fun! With plenty of parking available around the circle driveway, and the covered parking, the outdoors is what truly makes this property. Having 12 acres of untouched land, there is an abundance of exploration to be done, hiking, and even an industrial BBQ pit for true Texas-style cooking. Once again, Drifter's Ranch has everything that you would ever need, and want in a resort-style stay; and we would be happy to host you and your family! You will have complete and total access to the ENTIRE 12 acres of land. Everything inside of the fence is yours to explore and discover. Drifter's Ranch is more than just a place to stay, and we want to keep it that way.

This private ranch offers a quiet, country feel while being just 15-20 minutes from the heart of Waco. Allowing you to unwind and truly experience that Texas lifestyle, come recharge in nature without compromising any comfort. We intend to promote an outdoor experience with all the components that go along with that, and hope that our ranch provides you with experiences you’ll take away as memories. Whether you’re a busy professional looking for an escape from city life, a family looking for a meaningful time away with your kids or a large group wanting to rent multiple units with a family reunion in mind, we believe our barn is the perfect place for you, providing comfort, relaxation, and an inspiring stay. NOTE: We generally allow pets for an $80 fee. You MUST ensure they are well-behaved, do NOT get on any furniture or beds, sleep in the pet crate provided, and are NEVER left unattended at the property. Please leave no trace of your pets in the house or yard! Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.
